Advanced Gymnastics offers a quality program to our clients. We promise professionalism, quality facility, quality equipment, small classes, prorated fees, and excellent service. Our business is kids. Our coaches and staff are passionate and enthusiastic. Advanced Gymnastics will always attempt to have constant activity and training by each student in class with ample equipment and room for that activity. Advanced Gymnastics will make every attempt to satisfy our customers. Not Excuses...

Suggestions

Here at Advanced Gymnastics we are always open to suggestions that will allow us to provide a better service to the client.

Satisfaction and Advertising

If you are happy with our service please tell someone and if you are not, please attend 2 classes and then speak to management.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time to class as this benefits not only your child but the others enrolled in the class also. We expect our instructors to start the classes on time. Instructors will not extend the class time regardless of how late the student arrives.

Also, remind your child to stay in the building at the end of the class if you are not there to pick up him/her. We are not equipped to supervise children before or after classes so be sure to be there for your child.

Attire

Proper attire is required to participate in classes or gymnastics. Girls may wear a leotard or one piece bathing suit in summer with long sleeve preferred in the winter. Also allowed are shorts (no zippers) or lightweight sweat pants in winter. Same attire for tumbling unless other attire is requested by the coach or instructor. No jeans or short tops. Boys may wear same t-shirts and gym shorts or light weight sweats in winter. We do sell leos and shorts for girls. Hair needs to be tied securely back with elastic bands. For safety reasons, children who do not have the proper attire will not be able to participate that day. If it is hot or chilly outside dress appropriately as this is a huge warehouse with 30' ceilings. Tough to cool and tough to heat :) :)

Safety

  • no jewelry (small stud earrings are fine)
  • no gum
  • no flash photography
  • no non-class children in the gym instruction area
  • no food or drink on the floor, except water

Parent Observations

Feel free to observe your child's class from the viewing area but do not coach from the sidelines as this tends to distract the child and the coach. Also, for safety, please, supervise any children who are not enrolled in a class. You may be asked to leave if either of these becomes a problem. Absolutely NO adults allowed on floor without coaches invitation.

Make-Ups

The tuition pays for a class position. We limit the size of our classes. If your child is ill, please call to inform the office. Make ups will be offered when there is space available in a class and it will not affect the safety or learning atmosphere of a class. Generally no more than one make up will be allowed in a month. Make-ups must be scheduled through the office. Your account will not be adjusted or prorated for any classes missed as we have hired instructors to teach the class your child signed up for whether or not he/she attends. Doctor certified illnesses excepted.

Fees

Advanced Gymnastics does not post our fees as most gyms do not. We have a terrifically complete website that you can explore but to get our fee structure, you will need to call us at 468 9292. This reduces misunderstandings and allows us the flexibility to adjust fees where needed. Examples: prorated, reduced for various reasons, team, and etc.

Please pay fees on time so as not to incur a $10 late fee. The late fee will be added upon the beginning of the second meeting of the class. If fees are not paid in full, the gymnast's place in the class will be open for reassignment and gymnast will not be allowed to participate again without full payment of all dues. All fees are nonrefundable.
  • You will be responsible for at least 2 weeks tuition unless or until you inform Advanced Gymnastics of student removal. There are several acceptable methods to do this:
    1. Fill out and sign drop slip available at the front desk
    2. Email: agxc@qwestoffice.net before the last class
  • Past due fees will be turned over to a collections agency.

Administration Fee

$25 Individual or $40 Family fee is due upon initial registration and is based on a Sept. to Sept. year, Pro rated quarterly. Registration is renewed yearly covering administrative and supply costs as well as assigning you priority to signup dates for sessions.

Family Multi-Class Discount

When more than one member of the immediate family is enrolled in classes only the most expensive tuition is paid fully, all others are discounted at 20%.

Early drop off

20 minutes or less before a class starts is the normal expected drop off time. For extenuating circumstances, any earlier drop off time than that must be arranged with Advanced Gymnastics ahead of time.

Late Pickup

If class or team participant will not be picked up within 20 min of the ending of their class or workout, Advanced Gymnastics will receive a phone call letting us know the circumstances and estimated time of pickup. If this becomes a problem, then after the end of the grace period of 20 min. a $10.00 late pickup fee will be added and another $5.00 added for each 15 min. period beyond. You are then holding up a paid staff member and they must be compensated for their time. Advanced Gymnastics understands that extenuating circumstances do come up.

Before and After Class

Student will wait off the gym floor, in the given waiting area or upstairs until the appropriate staff member directs them to the floor for warmups and class. Students are expected to exhibit excellent behavior at all times.

Forms for notice of discontinuation are located on the front counter at the front office. Fees are nonrefundable. Summer sessions are scheduled separately. Payments may be made by cash or personal check. Returned checks will carry a $20.00 processing fee. No Refunds or credits. Payment is due monthly or by session before the first class that the student attends. A late fee of $10 will be assessed on the second class meeting if this becomes a habit. Prorating allows us to have continuous enrollment. These policies help us keep our class size limits to the advantage of all students.
